OUR STORY
After three decades in corporate – Marybeth Bruns, founder of Omni-Spring Pillows took a leap into the great unknown. And what better time to take that leap than in the (Spring) time of the year, with the Almighty's (omni)presence guiding her way.
Crafted with love and infused with aromatic blends of lavender and rosemary, Omni-Spring Pillows are a source of comfort and relief for folks dealing with everything from neck pain to stress headaches.
MY INSPIRATION TO MAKE THE LEAP: Joyce
In January of 2019, Joyce Murphy, my sister-in-law passed away unexpectedly.
She suffered from polysistic kidney disease much of her life and she was hospitalized often. She was like a frequent flyer at the hospital, and we all thought she'd be home soon, sipping tea and plotting her next crafty adventure. But alas, fate had other plans, and Joyce was called home to be with her Savior, leaving us all feeling like we'd been hit with a feather-filled pillow of sadness.
To be around Joyce was always entertaining – she had a spirited, playful, prankster, always fun to be around personality. She was forever pursuing new projects, skills, challenges despite her health issues. She lived life to the fullest and never gave up.
Springing into a new adventure...
After returning to work and with Joyce so present on my mind and my memories of her joy for life, I decided to leave the frustration of over 25 years of work in the political world and reach for a happier, peaceful rhythm to my life.
Omni-spring – springing into a new phase, springing or jumping off into a new adventure….Omni-spring seemed like a good place to start enjoying the world and going forth with less stress and develop a positive outlook.
Drawing on my long-dormant 4-H sewing skills, I set out to create something truly special – Omni-Spring Therapeutic Pillows were born!
